| Weitere Angaben | Oliviero Roggi (Professor of Corporate Finance, Universioty of Florence and NYU Stern) earned his PhD in Management and Finance at University of Bologna and City University Business School European Joint PhD program in 1998. He was a Visiting Researcher at the City University Business School from 1998 to 2000 and was appointed as Assistant Professor in Corporate Finance in 2000.Since 2004 he holds the post of Professor of Corporate Finance at University of Florence. Roggi is also the founder of the Finanza Firenze Research Center, established in 2007. In 2008 he also founded, together with Edward Altman - NYU Stern Salomon Center, the International Risk Management Conference.He also acts as a consultant at European Commission, Regione Toscana (Italy) and other public-owned entities and is doing research in the area of Enterprise Risk Management, in particular Credit Risk since 2004. Oliviero is an active member of the Scientific Committee of the Country Risk Forum of Associazione Bancaria Italiana (ABI - Italian Bankers Association). He has published papers and books on SME rating and rating models.He co-authored the third Italian edition of Applied Corporate Finance with his colleague Aswath Damodaran. Oliviero is also NYU Stern Visiting Scholar since 2009 and consultant at IFC World Bank group since 2010. Recently Prof. Roggi was appointed Visiting Research Professor at Fundacao Gctulio Vargas in Sao Paolo (Brazil). |
