Title page and colophon are on separate leaves.. - "This edition of Waiting Room was designed and composed electronically by Susan Colberg. The prints by Sean Caulfield and corresponding poems by Jonathan Locke Hart were created through a collaborative process. The images were developed on intaglio plates using mezzotint and etching. ... Sean Caulfield printed the images and texts with the technical assistance of Stephen Dixon (letterpress), and graduate students in the printmaking program at the University of Alberta."--Colophon.. - "These prints were produced in an edition of 18 along with artist's proofs. From that edition, images 13 through 18 and four artist's proofs were reserved for Waiting Room.
