Dr. Saadi has also taught economics and management at the Faculties of Law and Economics of Casablanca and Marrakech. He was an Expert and Member of the Gender and Development Committee of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa and Secretary of State for Social Protection, Family and Childhood. He has also written extensively on Moroccan Cronyism, Business groups and Development, Euro-Mediterranean Partnership and Local Governance. Dr. Saadi was a research fellow at Princeton University (1997 /1998) and University of Texas at Austin (1993). He won the Moroccan Great Prize for his book on "Financial Groups in Morocco" in 1990. |
