Previously Kai was Chief Executive at Ashridge Business School and following the merger of Ashridge with Hult International Business School in 2015, he was Chief Academic Officer of the combined school. Before that, Kai held a variety of positions at the Rotterdam School of Management of Erasmus University in the Netherlands, including Dean of the RSM.
